Terms of use

These terms cover use of the Express Skips website and booking enquiry tools. Express Skips is part of the XPH Group (25 Bromley Rd, Emu Heights NSW 2750). Hire jobs are confirmed separately when we accept your booking and agree price, dates and site details with you.

Website use

• Use this site only for genuine skip hire enquiries and information
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or misuse forms or contact tools
• Content is provided in good faith for western Sydney skip hire information

Quotes and bookings

Prices shown on the site (where present) are indicative until we confirm them. A booking is not complete until we confirm bin size, waste type, delivery and pickup dates, site access, and price with you by phone or email. Asbestos and hazardous materials must go through the dedicated asbestos line and are never booked as general waste.

Site access and permits

You are responsible for providing safe access for delivery and collection, and for any council permits required for placement on public land. Tell us about height, width, surface or traffic constraints when you enquire.

Waste

Only place waste types we have agreed for that hire. Overloaded, overweight or prohibited loads may incur extra charges or refusal at collection. Recyclables should be kept as clean and sorted as practical when that pathway is requested.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for loss arising from website downtime, delayed email delivery of an enquiry, or reliance on unverified third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot contract out of under Australian law.
